Change Management Lead Full Time

About Position:

We are seeking for Change Management Lead with hands on experience in google workspace, data migration, integration, etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end change management for Google Workspace deployment (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors)
• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with the project plan
• Engage stakeholders and secure buy-in across business and technical teams
• Plan and deliver user training and communication to drive adoption
• Manage rollout activities ensuring minimal business disruption
• Identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve change initiatives
• Provide ongoing support to employees throughout the transition process

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in change management within large-scale technology or Workspace deployments
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors) and GCP
• Demonstrated ability to work in customer-facing consulting roles with effective stakeholder engagement
• Expertise in designing and executing change management strategies and adoption plans
• Excellent communication, training, and influencing skills to drive user adoption
• Strong capability in risk identification, mitigation, and resistance management
• Experience in monitoring change effectiveness using metrics and feedback
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (business, IT, leadership)
• Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably in Workspace or cloud transformation projects
• Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace and basic familiarity with GCP environments
• Proven ability to work in customer-facing consulting roles with strong stakeholder interaction
• Capability to design, execute, and manage structured change management plans
• Strong communication skills to drive stakeholder engagement and user alignment
• Experience in training delivery, user enablement, and adoption strategies
• Ability to identify risks, resistance, and implement mitigation plans proactively
• Strong analytical mindset to track adoption metrics and improve change effectiveness
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, business, leadership)
• Ability to support end users and manage transition smoothly with minimal disruption
