Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media and Operations Specialist. The candidate will manage the brand’s social media platforms, create engaging content, strategize for online growth, and coordinate digital marketing efforts. Additionally, the role involves overseeing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Note – Experience: Fresher / 6–12 months preferred

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing strategies and general Marketing practices
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external audiences
• Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
