Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience in IT recruitment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
