As a Social Media Executive (Contractual Basis) you will be responsible for managing social media handles for our client. You will be responsible for content scheduling, posting, engagement, overseeing production, and ensuring digital channels consistently reflect the brand’s essence. You’ll also work closely with creator moms for content briefing, conceptualization, and feedback, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and maintain a strong connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling and posting engaging content.

• Content Production & Editing: Lead content production efforts by overseeing creative assets, editing, and ensuring all posts are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.

• Engagement & Community Management: Actively engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, building relationships and fostering a vibrant online community.

• Analytics & Strategy: Track performance across social media platforms, providing monthly analytics reports, and offering strategic recommendations to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

• Collaboration with Creator Moms: Work closely with influencer creator moms for content briefings, conceptualization, and providing timely feedback to ensure effective campaigns and aligned messaging.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content, campaigns, and communication align with brand values and tone.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, preferably with experience in the consumer goods or stationery sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators, particularly moms or family-oriented influencers, is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable insights.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content and campaigns.
