Role Description
* Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and q-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration across multiple platforms
* Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and q-commerce apps (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and average order value (AOV)
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, seasonal promotions, and flash sales that drive traffic and conversions
* Build and maintain relationships with platform managers, account executives, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and preferential placement
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce and q-commerce space
* Manage advertising budgets and optimize paid campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI
* Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely fulfillment and quality control
* Analyze sales data and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
* Lead cross-functional teams including product, operations, customer service, and logistics to achieve sales targets
* Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior management
* Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry best practices
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce management, operations, or business development
* Proven track record of driving sales growth on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
* Experience managing q-commerce operations or understanding of the quick-commerce business model is highly desirable
* Strong proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, platform dashboards)
* Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools
* Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and SEO/SEM
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable)
