Job Description Procurement & QS- Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled QS & Procurement professional to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchase, procurement, and quantity surveying, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate filed.

Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct quantity surveys to determine the cost of materials and labor required for projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial planning and tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, such as supply chain disruptions and price fluctuations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase, procurement, and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.
