We are seeking a Deputy RSM – Central Region to lead sales and business development across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat & Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the assigned states.
• Strengthen and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and large accounts.
• Formulate business plans, implement Go-To-Market strategies, and ensure regional profitability.
• Lead and mentor the state sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements for strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, product management) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership with strong expertise in channel & OEM sales.
• Preferred industries: Building materials, furniture hardware & fittings, laminates, plywood, adhesives, sanitaryware, paints, or allied sectors.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Management preferred.
• Strong skills in distributor management, business expansion, strategic planning, team leadership, and negotiation.
• Based in Ahmedabad with willingness to travel extensively across MP, Gujarat & Chhattisgarh.
