As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive to help us attract and hire talented professionals who can contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in agency or corporate hiring is preferred.
• Knowledge of hiring for digital marketing roles will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data.
