Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Recruiter with over 5 years of expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates across multiple technical and digital marketing domains. This role requires strong understanding of niche IT profiles, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and digital profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
