Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QMS Production OSD role located in Baddi. The professional in this role will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include production planning, team training, and fostering effective communication across departments to support consistent and efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure seamless operations.
• Proficiency in Quality methodologies to maintain high product standards and regulatory compliance.
• Effective Communication skills for seamless interaction within teams and across departments.
• Proven ability to lead and participate in Training sessions to enhance team competencies and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacyadvanced certifications in Quality Management Systems are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address production challenges promptly.
• Prior experience in an OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) production role in the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial.
