The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical expertise in MV & LV Drive systems commercial agility, and a collaborative leadership approach. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Schneider Electric’s System Drive Solutions portfolio has market leadership & competitive, profitable, and aligned with our strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
Lead market research initiatives to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable product and commercial strategies in collaboration with R&D.
Product Launches
Oversee planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational readiness, and market requirements.
Demand Forecasting
Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations to build accurate demand forecasts that support capacity planning and business continuity.
Pricing Strategy
Define and maintain pricing strategies that maximize margin performance while ensuring competitive market positioning.
Product Positioning
Ensure effective market positioning of System Drive Solutions, providing clear differentiation, customer value articulation, and competitive advantages.
Marketing Promotion & Communications
Partner with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional campaigns, collateral, and communication materials that drive product visibility and customer engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams, global team, R&D, Supply Chain, and country leadership to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and operational alignment.
Sales Enablement
Develop and maintain offer marketing content, deliver training to commercial teams, and provide ongoing support to help secure new opportunities and drive order growth across the System Drive Solutions portfolio.
