Role Description
Skyfer Logistic Inc. is seeking an Air Export Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will manage air export logistics, oversee shipment documentation, coordinate with clients and carriers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will also handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and support operational processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience with Export Documentation and knowledge of export processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Understanding of Air Freight Export operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-site in Chennai, IN
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Cargowise experience is an asset
- Candidate should be able to work in the US time zone.
