Job Purpose: Associate Lead – Projects Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the data center, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations. This role involves implementing standardized processes, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution and facility management. The Associate Lead will also drive compliance, safety, and cost-efficiency initiatives to maintain seamless data center operations.
Responsibilities
Administrative Operations:
Lead and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows, supporting the data center’s project activities.
Policy Implementation
Develop and implement standardized administrative processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other teams to support the integration of new technologies, systems, and administrative solutions within the data center.
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate availability for uninterrupted operations.
Compliance And Auditing
Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
Security And Emergency Procedures
Lead the implementation of security protocols and emergency response procedures, ensuring the safety and security of the data center.
Facility Maintenance Oversight
Oversee facility maintenance, coordinating repairs and routine upkeep activities as needed to maintain operational integrity.
Vendor Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Budget Management
Prepare, manage, and track the administrative budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational quality.
Perfomance Reporting
Prepare regular reports on administrative performance, project updates, and key metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Digital Mindset
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Work Experience
