Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Data Entry: Maintain and update financial records and transaction logs with high accuracy.
- Fee Collection: Contact students via phone to follow up on outstanding payments and facilitate fee collection.
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing monthly payroll and managing employee compensation records.
- Documentation: Organize and archive invoices, receipts, and other essential financial documents.
- Reporting: Help prepare basic financial summaries and bank reconciliation statements.
