Job Summary: In this role, you’ll leverage your experience in property acquisition and real estate management to handle multiple properties and drive retail expansion. You’ll identify and evaluate locations, negotiate with landlords, and manage all aspects of site selection and deal closure. Additionally, you’ll maintain relationships with landlords, resolve grievances, and build a network of property consultants and developers to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Experience in Property Acquisition / Real Estate Management & Expansion for Retail of Projects
● Must have experience in handling multiple properties.
● Identifying location/space as per the requirements of the brand.
● Negotiating with landlords / Owners
● Evaluating feasibility of locations
● Facilitated solution conversations between the technical, projects, business and finance team
● End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/Leasing)
● Responsible for Site selection, inter departmental clearances, Due Diligence, feasibility study, negotiations and deal Closure.
● Responsible for Landlord relationship management, Grievance’s redressal, dispute resolution on and Final settlement of terminated sites.
● Maintain an up to date database for the Real Estate team and prepare a presentation for approvals from Top Management/ Senior Leadership before initiating a project after taking all necessary site selection criteria/ specs into consideration.
● Build and maintain a network of property consultants, brokers & Developers for procurement of retail space.
● Collaborate with cross functions within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
● The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience.
● Must have good knowledge of real estate transactions.
● Should be open to extensive travel.
