We are aggressively scaling across digital channels and are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Executive to own and grow our paid search revenue.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Google Ads Executive with deep experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns exclusively for D2C brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Google Ads management, marketing budget handling, and leading a small team, with clear accountability for ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Manage monthly marketing budgets efficiently with full accountability for ROAS and CPA.
• Build and restructure campaign architecture for maximum performance and scalability.
• Identify keyword gaps, negative keyword opportunities, and competitor ad strategies.
• Drive participation in seasonal sales, festive campaigns, and platform promotions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Handle and allocate monthly Google Ads budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+ effectively.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Prepare actionable performance reports with clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Ensure maximum ROI across all campaigns and marketing spends.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 1–2 marketing executives or interns.
• Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
• Provide data-backed creative briefs to improve campaign performance.
