This is a NIGHT SHIFT job.
Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Shift)
NO CABS will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable with night shift and self-commuting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.
• Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Learn about US staffing processes, IT technologies, and recruitment strategies.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
