Role Description
This full-time, on-site role located in Rabale involves working as a Research and Development Chemist. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, developing and optimizing flow chemistry processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate laboratory results into practical manufacturing solutions. The role includes performing quality control tests, analyzing chemical formulations, and contributing to the development of innovative coatings and materials. Reporting, documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards are also key parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for evaluating data and optimizing chemical processes
- Research and Development (R&D) experience in developing and implementing new chemistry processes
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills such as handling chemical reactions, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety standards
- Knowledge of Coatings and expertise in materials development and application methodologies
- Experience in Quality Control, including testing and ensuring the consistency of chemical products
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with flow chemistry processes is a strong plus
