• Role: Director’s Office Associate

We are looking for a smart, organized, and highly proactive person to work directly with the Director/Founder on daily business operations, coordination, execution, and strategic tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who wants high exposure to business operations, startup culture, decision-making, and leadership.

• Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the Director on day-to-day business activities
• Coordinate between departments including sales, marketing, tech, operations, and HR
• Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination
• Handle confidential business information professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Assist in hiring coordination and vendor communication
• Ensure important tasks are executed on time
• Support in business expansion, partnerships, and special projects
• Handle client communication whenever required
• Maintain office discipline, organization, and workflow efficiency

• Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and presentations
• Smart, confident, and quick learner
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional attitude and presentable personality
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in executive assistance, operations, HR, or management is a plus
