About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical SMO Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize company pages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, and video) for daily posts.
• Handle and manage 7–8 social media projects independently.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and engagement analytics.
• Run social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to maintain community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, followers, engagement rates) and prepare reports.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative thinking with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 months–1 years) in social media management or similar role.
• Freshers with strong social media knowledge and creativity can also apply.
