Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as the Head of Performance Content (B2C Growth) based in Gurugram. The role involves designing and executing high-impact content strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with the performance marketing team to develop optimized, data-driven content that aligns with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing content creation for digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content for channels, and leading a content team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Performance Management to align content with growth and revenue goals.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Web Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform content strategy.
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and fostering a high-performing, collaborative content team environment.
• Ability to translate technical or complex investment concepts into engaging and impactful content for various audiences.
• Deep understanding of the financial services or stock market domain, with a focus on B2C growth strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with digital content tools and SEO best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
