We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and high-performing Senior Circle Manager to lead one of the most promising and strategically important circles in the East Zone for the Axis Bank partnership business.
This role demands a seasoned Bancassurance leader with strong exposure to Open Banca models, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and deep understanding of the regional market, culture, and business ecosystem of East India, especially Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a large frontline sales and distribution team across the circle.
* Drive business growth and deepen the strategic partnership with Axis Bank.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across banking and insurance leadership teams.
* Ensure execution excellence, productivity governance, and market penetration.
* Develop a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
* Drive business through data-led reviews, operational discipline, and strategic interventions.
* Ensure effective usage of Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analytics, presentations, and business reviews.

* Proven leadership experience in Bancassurance within the Life Insurance industry.
* Strong expertise in Open Banca and partnership distribution models.
