Hiring: Finance Operations Executive

UniHawk is hiring a Finance Operations Executive to manage daily sales tracking, cash collection updates, receivables management, and payment reconciliation across multiple entities and geographies.

This is a high-frequency, detail-driven role where leadership depends on you for a clear and accurate view of revenue, collections, and outstanding receivables. Strong ownership and proactive communication are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily MTD sales and order book tracking across departments and regions.
• Track daily cash collections and proactively flag discrepancies or delays.
• Manage receivables across B2C and university commissions, including follow-ups.
• Handle payment gateway reconciliation (Stripe or similar) and identify unmatched or short payments.
• Support invoice reconciliation and resolve financial exceptions.
• Share daily reconciliation updates proactively without follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to close open financial items.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or finance operations.
• Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
• Experience with payment gateway reconciliation (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
• Familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks.
• Comfortable handling multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
