Role Description
SHRM India is looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing & communications leader to drive integrated brand, marketing, and audience growth initiatives across SHRM’s flagship conferences, leadership platforms, consulting solutions, and product portfolios.
This role requires a strong blend of brand thinking, growth marketing capability, storytelling excellence, and business acumen. The ideal candidate should understand how to build influence at scale, combining high-impact campaigns, thought leadership positioning, digital innovation, and strategic communications to strengthen SHRM’s presence across the world of work.
