Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will lead the Quality Assurance team by designing test strategies, writing and reviewing test cases, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and identifying areas for process improvement. Additional responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, analyzing test data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality digital products. The role involves collaborating closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively.
QUALITY ANALYST TEAM LEAD
Experience : 10+ years,
– Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies (or relevant SDLC).
– Possess in-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., functional & non-functional, performance, security, scalability).
– Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the testing process.
– Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments (Development, Product/Project Management, Sales team, CSM team).
-Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is a plus.
– Hold a good API testing experience (using POSTMAN/Swagger/SOAPUI etc)
– Work with a business analyst/Project manager to get test scenarios/cases reviewed and approved.
– Support automating traceability of Stories, Acceptance Criteria and test cases through the integration of CI and BDD frameworks and tools
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Expertise in developing test strategy, test plans and test cases, engaging in Exploratory testing, creating and analysing Defect Reports and root-cause analysis
– Experience in creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, including establishing and maintaining quality standards and processes in software development.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating software functionality, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
- Experience in defining and implementing Test Strategies and developing comprehensive Test Cases.
- Expertise in Quality Control processes to ensure consistent and robust product performance across projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading a Quality Assurance team or similar role is highly desirable.
