Position: Counsellors (SoulSupport)

Candidate Requirements:

Educational background in “Psychology / Mental Health / Counselling” (Any Degree)
Strong understanding of “psychological principles, therapeutic techniques, and mental wellness support”
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals facing “diverse emotional and psychological challenges”
Demonstrated “empathy, patience, ethical responsibility, and professionalism”
Willingness to work in a “tech-enabled counselling environment” (online/remote sessions)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide “one-on-one counselling sessions” through our platform
Assess client needs and offer “appropriate guidance and emotional support”
Maintain “confidentiality and ethical counselling standards”
Collaborate with internal teams to improve “user well-being and engagement”
Continuously upgrade skills through “training and supervision sessions”

Compensation & Benefits:

Package: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
