About the Role

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with expertise in generating international B2B leads for custom mobile and web app development services and Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for global markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Generate qualified B2B leads for IT and app development services
• Create audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions, engagement, and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion events, and tracking systems
• Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and campaign assets
• Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Meta Ads / Paid Social Marketing
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and audience targeting
• Proven experience generating international B2B leads
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Funnel, Appointment Bookings, remarketing, and conversion tracking
• Experience in handling clients sole handadely.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to manage campaigns independently
