Marketing Manager | Restaurant & Bar in Hyderabad Full Time

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad who can take ownership of marketing across our brands from strategy to execution.

This role is for someone who is hands-on, proactive, creative, operationally strong, and excited to build brands in the hospitality space. You will work closely with founders, operations teams, designers, agencies, influencers, and platform partners to drive visibility, engagement, footfall, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Zero40 Brewing, Brick & Branch, Cousins, and upcoming concepts
• Drive digital marketing across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, influencer collaborations, and content campaigns
• Manage brand communication, storytelling, and positioning for each outlet
• Handle platform visibility and growth across Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, and similar aggregators
• Coordinate photoshoots, launches, events, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations
• Work closely with operations teams to create offers, experiences, and guest engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, platform analytics, and ROI
• Build and manage relationships with creators, media partners, agencies, and event collaborators
• Ensure consistent execution and brand standards across all customer touchpoints
• Stay on top of hospitality, nightlife, food, and social trends, while understanding what actually works commercially

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in marketing, branding, or social media within hospitality, nightlife, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Good understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, content strategy, and social media growth
• Experience managing aggregator platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and EazyDiner
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done
• High attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Comfortable being hands-on , not just ideating, but executing
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and reliability are extremely important for this role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• MBA is a plus, not a requirement
• Passion for hospitality, craft beer, restaurants, nightlife, and culture is highly preferred
