Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Advertising Operations Manager. The Advertising Operations Manager will oversee the execution, optimization, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and achieving campaign goals. Responsibilities include managing campaign setups, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting issues, supporting cross-functional teams in marketing and operations, and maintaining relationships with clients while leveraging best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Advertising Operations and Campaign Management
• Strong experience in Operations Management and process optimization
• Solid foundation in Marketing strategies
• Advanced skills in Data Analysis for tracking and optimizing performance metrics
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience in ad-serving platforms and marketing technology is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
