Next Step HR is hiring AVPs and SVPs, we are looking for aggressive, entrepreneurial sales leaders to join one of India’s leading digital entertainment and creator-led media networks.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong relationships across brands and agencies and can drive revenue through branded content, creator campaigns, influencer marketing, entertainment partnerships, creator-led IPs, and integrated storytelling solutions.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates from leading media, entertainment, digital, creator economy, and advertising firms such as digital agencies, branded content studios, influencer marketing companies, entertainment networks, or media conglomerates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business acquisition from brands, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers
• Build and monetize opportunities across branded content, creator-led campaigns, influencer marketing, digital IPs, and entertainment partnerships
• Pitch innovative short-form and long-form storytelling solutions for brand integrations
• Generate and convert high-value outbound sales opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships with FMCG, consumer tech, fintech, lifestyle, gaming, OTT, auto, and D2C brands
• Collaborate with internal strategy, creators, and production teams to build customized campaigns
• Own revenue targets and contribute to top-line growth aggressively
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, branded content, media sales, or integrated marketing solutions
• Existing relationships with agencies and brand marketing teams
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator economy, entertainment IPs, and digital media monetization
• Proven ability to independently hunt, pitch, and close revenue opportunities
• Prior experience with media networks, digital agencies, entertainment companies, influencer marketing firms, or branded content studios preferred
