Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Reviewer at Stellar V Capital Corp. The Reviewer will be responsible for examining and analyzing business documents, financial reports, and industry trends to support due diligence efforts. Responsibilities include identifying risks, ensuring compliance with standards, drafting reports, and collaborating with teams on various projects. The Reviewer will also contribute insights to facilitate key decision-making processes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks in financial reports and business documentation.
• Exceptional research and writing skills, with proficiency in preparing clear, concise reviews and reports.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to SPACs, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or SPAC-related projects is highly desirable.
