Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Staffing Intern. The Staffing Intern will assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily tasks include utilizing job boards and social media for talent acquisition, reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate evaluations, and supporting the broader hiring team with various administrative tasks related to staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment software is a plus
• Current enrollment or recent graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
