Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune Division for a Fleet Operations Manager. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage logistics, and ensure optimal utilization of vehicles to maintain seamless delivery processes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring fleet performance, addressing operational challenges, tracking vehicle maintenance, and implementing improvements for greater efficiency and reliability in logistics operations. The position requires developing operational strategies and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes
• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage teams
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation systems is highly advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure
• Prior experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
