Role Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer L1.5 | IT Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage printer support. You will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and resolve user-reported issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include installing, maintaining, and supporting computer hardware and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting desktop computers
- Experience in providing technical and printer support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues
- Familiarity with computer hardware installation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and address user concerns promptly
- Prior experience in a similar desktop support or IT support role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
