We are hiring a fast, energetic, and highly conversational team member who can instantly contact new leads, understand their needs, and move them to the next step of the sales process.
Your main job is simple: Every lead should be contacted within 1 minute.
You will speak to webinar leads, organic leads, and interested prospects, understand their situation, educate them, and help them take the next natural step watching the webinar replay, attending the webinar, or booking a 1-1 appointment with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call every assigned lead within 1 minute of lead assignment.
2. Speak to prospects confidently and understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
3. Make proper notes and updates in the CRM.
4. Quickly contact webinar no-show leads, organic leads, and inquiry form leads.
5. Convert webinar no-show leads into webinar replay views or booked 1-1 appointments.
6. Speak to organic leads, educate them, and book them into 1-1 calls.
7. Pre-frame prospects before the webinar to increase attendance, retention, and conversions.
8. Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
9. Attend daily training, reporting, and team calls.
10. Maintain high response speed, consistent follow-ups, and strong CRM discipline.

Salary
Probation: Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 – 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
