We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Head to lead and manage the export operations of Recorn Foods Pvt. Ltd.
🌐 Strategic Export Planning & Execution
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to expand our reach into international markets.
✅ Identify and target new regions and countries for business expansion, focusing on growth and profitability.
✅ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
✅ Identify and penetrate mainstream markets in regions including:
📍 GCC (Gulf Countries)
📍 South Asia
📍 Australia & New Zealand
📍 North America
💰 Sales & Revenue Generation
📈 Establish annual sales targets for export markets and drive performance to achieve goals.
🤝 Foster relationships with international clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
✍️ Negotiate and close contracts with overseas clients ensuring favorable terms.
💹 Manage pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and competition.
🚢 Export Operations & Logistics
📦 Oversee the complete export process from order processing to final delivery.
🚛 Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams for smooth shipments.
📄 Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with international trade laws, including:
✔️ Invoices
✔️ Bills of Lading
✔️ Customs Declarations
⚖️ Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
🌍 Stay updated with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws.
🏷️ Ensure products comply with country-specific certifications, packaging, and labeling requirements.
⚠️ Manage risks related to tariffs, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical factors.
👥 Team Leadership & Development
🎯 Lead, mentor, and motivate the export team to achieve outstanding results.
📊 Set KPIs and regularly monitor team performance.
🤝 Collaborate with marketing, production, and finance teams for seamless operations.
📚 Conduct training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
💵 Budgeting & Financial Management
📑 Prepare and manage export budgets efficiently.
📉 Monitor profit margins and identify cost-saving opportunities.
💹 Coordinate with finance teams for forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
📢 Brand Promotion & Market Penetration
🌟 Work with the marketing team to develop country-specific promotional strategies.
📈 Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
🎨 Support localized marketing campaigns for better brand acceptance in international markets.
🎓 Education & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
🎓 MBA in International Business or Marketing preferred.
🧳 8+ years of experience in export management or international business development.
🏆 Proven success in growing export markets and managing international client relationships.

✔️ Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation.
✔️ Understanding of FMCG industry dynamics and market trends.
✔️ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
