DM – SUPPLY CHAIN Full Time

Role and Responsibility:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, robust statistical and analytical models to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions.
• Translate complex business problems and operational challenges into well-defined analytical use cases and solution approaches, setting vision and priorities for the analytics team.
• Ensure analytics solutions are operationalized and embedded into business processes, planning tools, and decision workflows, championing adoption and continuous improvement.
• Partner with data engineering, IT, and digital teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability for analytics use cases, and drive the build-out of infrastructure and capabilities.
• Mentor, guide, and develop junior analysts and promote an analytics culture within the organization; manage team performance and support professional growth.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production, and Operations Planning to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities.

What we are looking for from your experience

Experience requirement:

Must Have’s

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics or similar field
• Master’s degree in data science or related quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
• 8+ years’ experience in supply chain analytics, data science applied to Operations / Manufacturing, production planning, or supply planning analytics role, including people leadership or project management
• Proven experience working with end-to-end supply chain data and constraints
• Hands‑on experience implementing analytics solutions in an operational environment (not only conceptual work)
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Proficient with BI software (preferably Power BI)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience mentoring a team and influencing across organizational boundaries.
