Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Professional, based in Gurgaon. The Purchase Professional will oversee vendor management, purchase order processing, material procurement, and inventory management. They will coordinate with suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, adhering to company purchasing policies, and fostering strong relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Experience in inventory management and purchase order processing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in IT procurement or a technology-focused industry is an advantage
