Role Overview:
Role Name: Regional KAM-Modern Trade
Reporting to: Head Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
- Negotiate and secure annual contracts, promotional plans, and shelf space agreements.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modern trade sector implement plans to increase market share and penetration.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent execution of national strategies.
- Develop and manage the budget for modern trade accounts to ensure optimal ROI.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on modern trade.
