Factory Operations & Accounts Executive Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory employees and monitor daily attendance & discipline
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders and coordinate with logistics partners
• Prepare billing invoices and maintain dispatch documentation
• Handle basic accounts entries, vendor payments, and banking activities
• Maintain stock and coordinate with warehouse/factory teams
• Follow up on pending dispatches, invoices, and operational tasks
• Coordinate with management regarding factory performance and daily updates
• Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations and problem resolution
• Maintain records related to dispatch, billing, attendance, and expenses

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Operations / Management preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in factory operations, accounts, or administration
• Basic knowledge of billing, GST invoices, and banking processes
• Good coordination and staff management skills
• Knowledge of Excel and basic computer operations
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy personality

Preferred Background

Candidates from FMCG, food manufacturing, warehouse operations, or factory administration backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.

Management / Founder’s Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
