Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and back-office operations efficiently.
- Manage product purchasing, tagging, and stock updates.
- Work on CRM and ERP software for data entry and reports.
- Maintain records and support the sales & inventory team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Requirements:
- Experience in jewellery showroom operations preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Excel is must.
