We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Lead with strong expertise in hiring across IT Infrastructure, Networking, Telecommunications, IT Hardware, System Integration, AV Technologies, Software Development, Cloud, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle✔ Handle hiring across Infrastructure, Telecom, Hardware, AV, Software, Cloud & AI/ML roles✔ Build sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & networking✔ Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors & hiring managers✔ Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards & hiring reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of IT recruitment experience

Strong expertise in Infrastructure, Telecom, Hardware, AV & Cloud hiring

Knowledge of Networking, SDLC & emerging technologies

Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub & referrals
