S Raheja is a boutique luxury residential developer based in Mumbai. Our brand platform — BY DESIGN — runs through everything we do, from the way we choose land to the way we communicate. We’re looking for an Art Director / Designer to join our in-house marketing team and own the visual language of the brand.
This is not a support role. You’ll be the primary creative voice across all brand output, working closely with senior leadership from brief to final delivery.
What You’ll Own
- Campaign concepting and art direction for project launches and brand communications
- Visual identity development and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Digital and social content — from individual posts to full campaign rollouts
- Sales and project collateral — brochures, presentations, site hoardings, show flat materials
- Vendor and print production coordination where required
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of design experience with a strong, varied portfolio
- Clear aesthetic sensibility and the ability to develop a visual language, not just execute one
- Comfortable working across digital and print formats
- Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle is a plus — not a requirement
- Able to take a brief end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency; Figma or After Effects familiarity is a bonus
