About the Role:

The MEL Executive will work on the ground — in government schools across Kishanganj, Bihar — supporting the full monitoring and evaluation cycle of our program. This is a full-time, field-based position, no work from home. The role involves daily school visits, direct engagement with students, teachers, and communities, and careful documentation of what is genuinely happening on the ground.

We are looking for an M&E & Insights Analytics Associate who brings strong analytical thinking, visualization, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work with survey findings and program information, generate meaningful insights, design reports and dashboards, and support evidence-based decision-making for school and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage baseline, midline, and endline information collection processes
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information collected through surveys, assessments, and field activities
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
• Generate insights and recommendations based on program findings and trends
• Ensure information quality, validation, cleaning, and documentation
• Coordinate with field teams, schools, teachers, and community stakeholders for information collection and reporting
• Support impact assessment and monitoring activities across programs
• Document case studies, findings, and program outcomes

Skills Required:

• Strong analytics and reporting skills
• Experience working with survey findings and large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization/reporting tools
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations from collected information
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred:

• Experience in analytics, research, monitoring & evaluation, consulting, or impact assessment
• Strong design skills and proficiency in design tools or platforms are a plus
• Salesforce knowledge is an added advantage
• Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply
