Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Influencer Marketing to drive end-to-end campaign execution, manage client relationships, and lead a team of influencer marketing executives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, creator ecosystems, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Handle key client accounts and ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and platforms.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring productivity and quality output.
• Plan campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee influencer identification, onboarding, negotiation, and execution.
• Track campaign performance and share detailed reports with insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, performance marketing) for campaign success.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and emerging creators.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Prior experience in handling a team is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
