Management Trainee – Full Time NEW

The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end analytical and program management assistance in various commercial monetization initiatives of DIAL ALD including developing new ideas, Market Research, Marketing Initiatives and Enhance D2C (Direct to Customer) Strategy for Aerocity Users.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct market research and assist in execution of projects like digital asset, social media, loyalty program, events activations, long term accommodation, self-development, healthcare monetization, Temporary recreational facilities(TRF Quality of deliverables and turnaround time.
• Prepare decks for management reviews and compile decks for new initiatives/upcoming opportunities Accuracy of data and turnaround time
• Support in Vendor agreement, documentation, invoicing management. Compliance as per SOP requirements
• Ensure documentation and support on ongoing project and new initiatives planned as per AOP Timely delivery & compliance as per SOP requirements
• Support the team in coordination with other departments like, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communication, Design ALD teams, SPG for various ALD activities No. of interactions.
• Compile decks for management reviews, AOP reviews and MIS Timely circulation of decks, MIS, AOP vs Actuals Prepare PRs for engagement of required consultants in relation to business development and timely follow up on the payments Time taken for PR generation
