Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Production Coordinator based in Kochi. The Video Production Coordinator will oversee and manage the planning and execution of video production projects from conception to delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring final outputs meet quality standards. The role requires exceptional organization and communication skills to streamline processes and maintain seamless teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience with Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate and oversee video shoots
• Proven Project Management expertise for managing deadlines, resources, and deliverables
• Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant video production tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamic project scopes
• Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset to ensure high-quality and visually compelling outputs
• Prior experience in video production or media-related industries is preferred
