Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the position of Senior Executive – EDPMS/IDPMS. The candidate should have sound knowledge of import-export documentation, banking compliance processes, and hands-on experience in EDPMS/IDPMS operations. The role requires regular coordination with banking partners, data management, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor EDPMS/IDPMS transactions and compliances.
• Coordinate with banking partners for EDPMS/IDPMS mapping, closure, and reconciliation activities.
• Review and manage import and export documentation.
• Maintain proper records and tracking of Softex, BOEs, remittances, and realization status.
• Perform data analysis, data scrapping, and MIS reporting activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
• Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders for pending transactions and discrepancies.
• Support audit and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of Import and Softex Documentation.
• Strong knowledge of EDPMS/IDPMS processes and banking coordination.
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Hands-on experience in Data Management and reporting.
• Excellent command over MS Office tools such as: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, functions, and data handling tools.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in EXIM compliance or banking operations will be preferred.
