₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Motivational Speaker to energize and empower our employees through impactful sessions. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing productivity, mindset, and overall workplace morale.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct motivational and engagement sessions for employees
• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and training programs
• Inspire teams to achieve organizational and personal goals
• Address workplace challenges such as stress, performance, and teamwork
• Customize content based on company needs and audience
• Collaborate with HR for employee development programs
• Deliver both online and offline sessions
• Collect feedback and improve session effectiveness
• Stay updated with latest motivational strategies and trends
• Promote a positive and high-performance work culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motivational Speaker / Trainer / Life Coach
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong ability to engage and influence audiences
• Energetic, positive, and confident personality
• Understanding of corporate work culture
• Willingness to travel (if required)
