🎯 What You’ll Own

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, and LinkedIn simultaneously
• Build full-funnel media strategies aligned with client growth and revenue goals
• Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis per platform
• Own budget allocation and pacing to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC
• Collaborate with creative teams on high-converting ad creatives and copy briefs
• Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights — not just numbers
• Proactively identify scale opportunities and pitch new channel tests to clients
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and new ad formats

✅ Who You Are

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency background strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of scaling brands from ₹X → ₹10X+ revenue via paid media
• Certified on at least 3 of: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Marketing
• Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad spends with measurable ROAS outcomes
• Strong command of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Looker Studio
• Deep understanding of attribution models, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts under pressure without dropping the ball

• 📈 Brand scaling stories — before/after results from paid media campaigns
• 💰 Budget management proof — evidence of managing ₹10L+ monthly ad spends

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with D2C brands in fashion, beauty, FMCG, or electronics
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO alongside paid (Amazon/Flipkart listings)
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising or DSP platforms
• Understanding of landing page CRO and A/B testing
• Experience with influencer + paid amplification strategies
